BOARD RESOLUTION

September 25, 2026; No. 261 A

Granting an Activity License to “Nor Zovq” Limited Liability Company (License No. 867) for the Branch of the Exchange Office

Pursuant to Article 2(3), and Article 20(jf) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”;
In view of clause 9 of the Appendix as approved by the Republic of Armenia Central Bank Board Resolution (No. 138-N, dated May 15, 2007) on “Approving the Central Bank Regulation 10 “Licensing and Regulation of Foreign Currency Purchase and Sale Operations””;
Whereas, on August 24, 2026 and September 3, 2026 “Nor Zovq” Limited Liability Company applied to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia requesting for an activity license to the Branch of the Exchange Office; and
Considering the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 44, dated September 16, 2026),

the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia

Enacts:

1. Grant an activity license to Branch Office No. 7 of “Nor Zovq” Limited Liability Company (License No. 867) for carrying out foreign exchange transactions at the address: G. Nzhdeh Street, retail outlet #21, Yerevan, Republic of Armenia.
2. This resolution to take effect upon acknowledgment of its receipt by “Nor Zovq” LLC, or on the day following its duly prescribed delivery to an authorized representative of “Nor Zovq” LLC.
