On the Removal of the Director of the “German-Armenian Fund” Project Management Unit (GAF PMU)

In view of the provisions of the Civil Code of the Republic of Armenia; and Clause 6.2 of the Charter of the “German-Armenian Fund” Project Management Unit (GAF PMU); and
Pursuant to Article 18(4) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”,

Decided:

1. Remove Gayane Khachatryan from her registered role as Director of the “German-Armenian Fund” Project Management Unit (GAF PMU) on October 1, 2026, considering this to be her last working day there.
2. Appoint Satenik Ghevondyan, Head of the Projects Management Department of the GAF PMU, as Acting Director of the “German-Armenian Fund” PMU, effective October 2, 2026, while concurrently retaining her primary position as Head of the Projects Management Department.
3. This decision to take effect in the manner prescribed by law.
