On Registration of Change in the Composition of the Management of “Premium Invest” Investment Firm Limited Liability Company

In view of Article 18(4)(g1) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”; and Article 221(2) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Securities Market”; and Paragraph 20 and Paragraph 26(1) of Regulation 4/05 “Procedure for Qualification of Investment Service Provider, the Operator and the Central Depository Managers and Natural Persons as Investment Service Providers; Manager Professional Integrity Criteria and Manager Registration” as approved by Board Resolution No. 15-N, dated January 15, 2008, of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia; and
Considering the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 45, dated September 23, 2026); and the letter of request, dated September 10, 2026, together with the required documents and supporting materials, which “Premium Invest” IF LLC submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia,

Decided:

1. Remove Hayk Babayan from his registered role as Head of Internal Audit within “Premium Invest” IF LLC.
2. Remove Arus Smbatyan from her registered role as Chief Accountant of “Premium Invest” IF LLC.
3. This decision to take effect upon acknowledgment of its receipt by “Premium Invest” IF LLC, or on the day following its duly prescribed delivery to an authorized representative of “Premium Invest” IF LLC.
