BOARD RESOLUTION

On Making a Supplement to the Republic of Armenia Central Bank Board Resolution No. 56L of March 19, 2026

In view of Article 54(1)(2) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Procurement”; and Article 2(3) and Article 20(e) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”; and
Pursuant to Article 33 and Article 34 of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Normative- Legal Acts”,
the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia

Enacts:

1. Supplement Appendix 1 “The 2026 Procurement Plan of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia” as approved by the Republic of Armenia Central Bank Board Resolution No. 56L, dated March 19, 2026 “On Approving the 2026 Procurement Plan of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia” with the row as follows:

2. This resolution to take effect in the manner prescribed by law.
