On Registration of Change in the Composition of the Management of “ACredit” Credit Union Limited Liability Company

In view of Article 18(4)(“g1”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”; and Article 92 of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Credit Organizations”; and Paragraph 146(1) and Paragraph 171 of Regulation 13 “Procedures for Licensing, Registration, Granting Consent and Permission, Appraisal of the Professional Adequacy and Qualification in the Credit Organization Activity” as approved by Board Resolution No. 194-N, dated July 1, 2008, of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia; and
Considering the letters of request, dated September 7, 2026 and September 18, 2026, together with all required documents and supporting materials, which “ACredit” CU LLC submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia,

Decided:

1. Remove Manuk Grigoryan from his registered role as Chief Accountant of “ACredit” CU LLC.
2. This decision to take effect upon acknowledgment of its receipt by “ACredit” CU LLC, or on the day following its duly prescribed delivery to an authorized representative of “ACredit” CU LLC.
