BOARD RESOLUTION

September 8, 2026; No. 237 A

On Registration of Change to the Rules of the “B-F-Fixed Income” Nonpublic Interval Contractual Investment Fund of “Ineco Group” CJSC Due to the Name Change and Other Such Modifications

Pursuant to Article 2(3) and Article 20(‘ki’) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, and Article 24(4) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Investment Funds”; and
Whereas on August 4, 2026 “Dimension” Closed Joint-Stock Company applied to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia with a request to register the changes to the Rules of the “B-F-Fixed Income” Nonpublic Interval Contractual Investment Fund of “Ineco Group” CJSC due to the name change and other such modifications; and
Considering the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 42, dated September 2, 2026),

the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia

Enacts:

1. Register the Rules of the “B-F-Fixed Income” Nonpublic Interval Contractual Investment Fund of “Ineco Group” CJSC due to the name change and a number of other modifications (the new name of the Fund reading “B-F-Fixed Income” Nonpublic Investment Fund of “Dimension” CJSC).
2. This resolution to take effect upon acknowledgment of its receipt by “Dimension” CJSC, or on the day following its duly prescribed delivery to an authorized representative of “Dimension” CJSC.
