On Introducing Change to the Register of Participants of Organizations Operating as Limited Liability Companies and Registered by the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia

In view of Article 18(4)(“g1”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”; and Article 11(7) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Limited Liability Companies”; and Paragraph 2 of the “Procedure for Maintaining the Register of Participants of Organizations Operating as Limited Liability Companies and Registered by the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia” as approved by Resolution No. 206-N of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated July 15, 2014; and
Considering the conclusion of the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 42, dated September 2, 2026), and the letters of request, dated August 5, 2026 and August 28, 2026, together with the documents and supporting materials provided by “C Capital & Investments” to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia,

Decided:

1. Introduce a change to the Register of Participants of Organizations Operating as Limited Liability Companies and Registered by the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia in connection with a change in the participants’ ownership interests in the statutory capital of “C Capital & Investments” LLC.
2. This decision to take effect upon acknowledgment of its receipt by “C Capital & Investments” LLC, or on the day following its duly prescribed delivery to an authorized representative of “C Capital & Investments” LLC.
