On Registration of Changes in the Composition of the Management of “Evocabank” Open Joint-Stock Company

In view of Article 18(4)(“g1”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”; and Article 33(2) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Banks and Banking”; and Paragraph 188 and Paragraph 201(1) and Paragraph 226 of Regulation 1 “Procedures for Licensing, Registration, Granting Consent and Permission, Appraisal of the Professional Adequacy and Qualification in the Banking” as approved by Board Resolution No. 145-N, dated April 12, 2005, of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia; and
Considering the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 41, dated August 8, 2026); and the letters of request, dated June 29, 2026, July 2, 2026, July 10, 2026, July 28, 2026, and August 5, 2026, together with the required documents and supporting materials, which “Evocabank” Open Joint-Stock Company submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia,

Decided:

1. Remove Tatevik Janoyan from her registered role as Member of the Board of “Evocabank” Open Joint-Stock Company.
2. Register Arkady Sandler as Member of the Board of “Evocabank” Open Joint-Stock Company.
3. This decision to take effect upon acknowledgment of its receipt by “Evocabank” OJSC, or on the day following its duly prescribed delivery to an authorized representative of “Evocabank” OJSC.
