BOARD RESOLUTION

On Approving the Administrative Expenditures Estimate and Capital Investment Program of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia for 2027

Pursuant to Article 2(3), Article 14(1), and Article 20(1)(‘e’ and ‘jc’) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”,

the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia

Enacts:

1. Approve the Administrative Expenditures Estimate and Capital Investment Program of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia for 2027, in accordance with Appendix to this resolution.
2. This resolution to take effect in the manner as prescribed by law.
