BOARD RESOLUTION

On Information on the Position and Structure of the International Reserves of the Republic of Armenia for the 2nd quarter of 2026 by the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia

In view of Article 2(3), Article 20(1)(‘e’), and Article 52(3) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”; and
Given the format used for disseminating the information on the position and structure of the international reserves of the Republic of Armenia, as approved by Board Resolution No. 142 L, dated September 3, 2024, of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia,

the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia

Enacts:

1. Approve the “Information on the Position and Structure of the International Reserves of the Republic of Armenia” for the 2nd quarter of 2026 by the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia, in accordance with Appendix to this resolution.
2. This resolution to take effect in the manner as prescribed by law.
