The CBA Governor participated in the conference on “Opportunities and Prospects for Cooperation between the Business and Banking Sectors in Syunik Region”
On October 31, in Kapan, Syunik region, a conference titled “Opportunities and Prospects for Cooperation between the Business and Banking Sectors in Syunik Region” was held at the initiative of the Union of Banks of Armenia. The event was attended by the Governor of the Central Bank of Armenia, Martin Galstyan, as well as representatives of the banking system, state institutions, and the business community.
The aim of the conference was to present the economic potential of Syunik and to discuss effective tools for business financing and forms of cooperation.
The event began with the opening of the “Banks in One Place” expo, followed by thematic discussions dedicated to the peculiarities of the business environment in Syunik and government support programs.
During the conference, participants emphasized the importance of cooperation between the banking system and state institutions in promoting business development and enhancing financial inclusion.
