On the merger of “Ardshinbank” CJSC and “Ardshininvestbank” CJSC 

Following the Board Resolution No. 60 A of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia, dated April 18, 2025, the banking license No. 67 issued to “Ardshininvestbank” CJSC (formerly “HSBC Bank Armenia” CJSC) has been revoked as of April 21, 2025, due to the merger of “Ardshinbank” CJSC and “Ardshininvestbank” CJSC (formerly “HSBC Bank Armenia” CJSC).

Accordingly, effective April 21, 2025, “Ardshinbank” CJSC becomes the legal successor to “Ardshininvestbank” CJSC (formerly “HSBC Bank Armenia” CJSC), and the clients of “Ardshininvestbank” CJSC will continue to be served by “Ardshinbank” CJSC in the usual manner.
