Job responsibilities
- Implement, configure, develop, and administer software and application systems (server/client side)
- Identify and analyze issues arising in databases, application, and software systems, and propose solutions for their resolution
- Support testing of new versions of application software systems
- Participate in developing procedures for application/software systems and databases in accordance with business continuity plan requirements
- Handle requests related to the administration of application/software systems and databases, as well as user support
Required qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in information technology or information security
- Advanced knowledge of database management systems
- Advanced knowledge of SQL, Transact-SQL, and PL/SQL
- Advanced knowledge of application server systems
- Advanced knowledge of Oracle and MS SQL Server systems
- Advanced knowledge of local networks
- General programming knowledge
- Experience working with Windows/Linux servers and workstations
- Experience with other Microsoft software products
- Experience with SAP software products
- Skills in using tools for developing scripts, triggers, and procedures
- Knowledge of English and Russian (for communication and professional literature)
- Fluency in Armenian
