Job responsibilities
- Support the implementation of development-oriented initiatives at the Central Bank of Armenia
- Contribute to improving the effectiveness of cooperation with both internal and external partners
- Identify and formulate problems, elicit needs, and define the scope of issues
- Identify stakeholders and assess the impact of initiatives
- Ensure alignment of initiatives with the Central Bank’s strategy
- Select and apply appropriate methodologies for assessing process efficiency
- Model the most effective business processes
Required qualifications
- Higher education in economics, mathematics, or computer technologies
- At least 2 years of work experience in business analysis, or at least 5 years of experience in finance, natural sciences, or the IT sector
- Comprehensive knowledge of process documentation, modeling, optimization, and data analysis
- Experience working in a team environment
- Technical skills (MS Office, Visio)
- Experience with relevant tools and methodologies (UML, BPEL, SQL, SWOT, MOST, BPMN, etc.)
- Excellent command of Armenian, English, and Russian
