Job responsibilities
- Identify and formalize business requirements, analyze business processes, and develop requirement specifications
- Design, model, and document information flows for automated software systems
- Develop diagrams required for system design (Use Case, Activity, Sequence, etc.)
- Prepare technical documentation for system design
- Develop User Stories and Acceptance Criteria
- Participate in the development of Test Cases for the system
- Study existing software systems and assess their functional and integration capabilities
- Collaborate closely with the development team; participate in Sprint Planning and Review meetings
- Support Quality Assurance and Testing processes; organize and coordinate User Acceptance Testing
- Develop the architecture of the software system design
Required qualifications
- Higher education in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields
- At least 2 years of work experience as a systems analyst/integrator or business analyst
- Knowledge of application integration and API design technologies
- Experience with REST, JSON, XML, and SOAP technologies
- Understanding and practical experience with software architecture principles (monolithic, modular, microservices, etc.)
- Knowledge of BPMN and UML notations
- Experience in preparing project and technical documentation such as SRS, SDS
- Knowledge of modeling tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, Draw.io
- Experience working with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Confluence
- Excellent command of Armenian and English
Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of microservices design principles and Domain-Driven Design (DDD), as well as synchronous and asynchronous data exchange mechanisms (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc
- Knowledge of data management systems and database design
