A seminar for the representatives of non-profit organizations operating in the RA and the Division for Legitimacy Control of the Ministry of Justice of the RA was organized
On April 16, the Financial Monitoring Center of the Central Bank of Armenia organized a seminar for the representatives of non-profit organizations operating in the RA and the Division for Legitimacy Control of the Ministry of Justice of the RA.
In the framework of the seminar the participants were introduced to the RA AML/CFT legislative amendments, typology on misuse of non-profit organizations for FT purposes, and the results of the RA AML/CFT National Risk Assessment.
