On Registration of Change in the Composition of the Management of “Finca” Universal Credit Organization Closed Joint-Stock Company

In view of Article 18(4)(“g1”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”; and Article 92 of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Credit Organizations”; and Paragraph 133, Paragraph 171 of Regulation 13 “Procedures for Licensing, Registration, Granting Consent and Permission, Appraisal of the Professional Adequacy and Qualification in the Credit Organization Activity” as approved by Board Resolution No. 194-N, dated July 1, 2008, of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia; and
Considering the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 23, dated May 6, 2026), and Minutes No. 17 BS, dated 08.05.2026, of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia, and the letters of request, dated March 13, 2026, March 27, 2026, and April 20, 2026, together with all required documents and supporting materials, which “Finca” Universal Credit Organization CJSC submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia,

Decided:

1. Register Laban Youssef into the role as Member of the Board of “Finca” Universal Credit Organization CJSC.
2. This decision to take effect upon acknowledgment of its receipt by “Finca” Universal Credit Organization CJSC, or on the day following its duly prescribed delivery to an authorized representative of “Finca” Universal Credit Organization CJSC.
