On Registration of Changes in the Composition of the Management of “General Asset Management” Closed Joint-Stock Company

In view of Article 18(4)(“g1”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”; and Paragraph 26(2) of Regulation 10/05 “Accreditation of Management of Investment Fund Managers and Custodians; Accreditation of Natural Persons Implementing Investment Fund Management and Investment Fund Custody, Criteria for their Professional Compliance; and the List of Topics for Assessing their Professional Qualification” as approved by Board Resolution No. 115-N, dated May 2, 2005, of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia; and
Considering the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 21, dated April 22, 2026); and Board Resolution No. 116A, dated 08.05.2026, of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia; and the letters of request, dated December 24, 2025, February 5, 2026, March 19, 2026, and April 17, 2026, together with the required documents and supporting materials, which “General Asset Management” Closed Joint-Stock Company submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia,

Decided:

1. Remove Edmond Vardumyan from his registered role as Executive Director of “General Asset Management” CJSC.
2. Remove Nver Azatyan from his registered role as Member of the Board of “General Asset Management” CJSC.
3. Remove Artyom Nazaryan from his registered role as Member of the Board of “General Asset Management” CJSC.
4. Remove Ashot Gabrielyan from his registered role as Member of the Board of “General Asset Management” CJSC.
5. Remove Karen Khachatryan from his registered role as Chief Accountant of “General Asset Management” CJSC.
6. This decision to take effect upon acknowledgment of its receipt by “General Asset Management” CJSC, or on the day following its duly prescribed delivery to an authorized representative of “General Asset Management” CJSC.
