GOVERNOR DECISION

On Resuming the Suspended One-Month Registration Period for Serob Vardanyan and Registering Him as Member of the Executive Board of “Araratbank” Open Joint-Stock Company

In view of Article 18(4)(“g1”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”; and Article 33(2) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Banks and Banking”; and Paragraph 16 and Paragraph 188 of Regulation 1 “Procedures for Licensing, Registration, Granting Consent and Permission, Appraisal of the Professional Adequacy and Qualification in the Banking” as approved by Board Resolution No. 145-N, dated April 12, 2005, of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia; and
Considering Governor Decision No. 1/185A, dated 29.04.2026, of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (hereinafter referred to as the “Decision”), and the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 23, dated May 6, 2026); and the letter of request, dated April 1, 2026, as well as the required documents and supporting materials, which “Araratbank” Open Joint-Stock Company submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia,

Decided:

1. Resume the one-month registration period for Serob Vardanyan as Member of the Executive Board of “Araratbank” Open Joint-Stock Company, which had been suspended by the Decision.
2. Register Serob Vardanyan into the role as Member of the Executive Board of “Araratbank” OJSC.
3. This decision to take effect upon acknowledgment of its receipt by “Araratbank” OJSC, or on the day following its duly prescribed delivery to an authorized representative of “Araratbank” OJSC.
