On Suspending the One-Month Period of Review of the Letter of Request for State Registration and Licensing of “Standard Factoring” Universal Credit Organization Limited Liability Company

In view of Article 18(4)(“g1”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”; and Article 5(6) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Credit Organizations”;
Considering the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 23, dated May 6, 2026); and
Having examined the letters of request, dated March 3, 2026, March 26, 2026, April 9, 2026, and April 14, 2026, as well as all required documents and supporting materials submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia by the founder of “Standard Factoring” Universal Credit Organization Limited Liability Company,

Decided:

1. Suspend the one-month period of review of the letter of request for state registration and licensing of “Standard Factoring” Universal Credit Organization Limited Liability Company, in order to clarify facts relevant to the registration and licensing of a credit organization.
2. This decision to take effect upon acknowledgment of its receipt by “Standard Factoring” UCO LLC, or on the day following its duly prescribed delivery to an authorized representative of “Standard Factoring” UCO LLC.
