On Suspending the One-Month Period for Registration of Change in the Composition of the Management of “Araratbank” Open Joint-Stock Company

In view of Article 18(4)(“g1”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”; and Article 33(2) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Banks and Banking”; and Paragraph 194 of Regulation 1 “Procedures for Licensing, Registration, Granting Consent and Permission, Appraisal of the Professional Adequacy and Qualification in the Banking” as approved by Board Resolution No. 145-N, dated April 12, 2005, of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia; and
Considering the conclusion of the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 22, dated April 29, 2026); and the letter of request, dated April 1, 2026, as well as the required information and supporting materials, which “Araratbank” Open Joint-Stock Company submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia,

Decided:

1. Suspend the one-month period prescribed for the registration of Serob Vardanyan as Member of the Board of “Araratbank” Open Joint-Stock Company for the purpose of clarifying certain facts and/or circumstances.
2. This decision to take effect upon acknowledgment of its receipt by “Araratbank” OJSC, or on the day following its duly prescribed delivery to an authorized representative of “Araratbank” OJSC.
