On Registration of Change in the Composition of the Management of “Aktina Capital” Investment Firm Limited Liability Company

In view of Article 18(4)(“g1”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”; and Article 221(2) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Securities Market”; and Paragraph 20 of Regulation 4/05 “Procedure for Qualification of Investment Service Provider, the Operator and the Central Depository Managers and Natural Persons as Investment Service Providers; Manager Professional Integrity Criteria and Manager Registration” as approved by Board Resolution No. 15-N, dated January 15, 2008, of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia; and
Considering the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 22, dated April 29, 2026); and the letters of request, dated March 31, 2026, April 1, 2026, April 8, 2026, and April 23, 2026, together with the required documents and supporting materials, which “Aktina Capital” Investment Firm LLC submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia,

Decided:

1. Register Sergei Galoyan into the role as Director of “Aktina Capital” Investment Firm LLC.
2. This decision to take effect upon acknowledgment of its receipt by “Aktina Capital” IF LLC, or on the day following its duly prescribed delivery to an authorized representative of “Aktina Capital” IF LLC.
