On Approving the Liquidation Balance Sheet of the “GN Formula” Non-Public Specialized (Additional Risk) Interval Contractual Investment Fund for Qualified Investors Managed by “GN Capital” Limited Liability Company

Pursuant to Article 20(“ki”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”; and Article 102 of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Investment Funds”;
Considering the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 21, dated April 22, 2026); and
Having examined the letter of request, dated March 13, 2026, as well as the required documents and supporting materials, which “GN Capital” Limited Liability Company submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia,

Decided:

1. Approve the liquidation balance sheet of the “GN Formula” Non-Public Specialized (Additional Risk) Interval Contractual Investment Fund for Qualified Investors as Managed by “GN Capital” Limited Liability Company.
2. This decision to take effect upon acknowledgment of its receipt by “GN Capital” LLC, or on the day following its duly prescribed delivery to an authorized representative of “GN Capital” LLC.
