On Registration of Changes in the Composition of the Management of “Dimension Investments” Investment Firm Closed Joint-Stock Company

In view of Article 18(4)(“g1”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”; and Article 221(2) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Securities Market”; and Paragraph 20 of Regulation 4/05 “Procedure for Qualification of Investment Service Provider, the Operator and the Central Depository Managers and Natural Persons as Investment Service Providers; Manager Professional Integrity Criteria and Manager Registration” as approved by Board Resolution No. 15-N, dated January 15, 2008, of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia; and
Considering the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 21, dated April 22, 2026); and the letters of request, dated February 27, 2026, April 18, 2026, and April 21, 2026, together with the required documents and supporting materials, which “Dimension Investments” Investment Firm CJSC submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia,

Decided:

1. Register Artem Chichyan into the role as Member of the Board of “Dimension Investments” Investment Firm CJSC.
2. Register Davit Baloyan into the role as Member of the Board of “Dimension Investments” Investment Firm CJSC.
3. This decision to take effect upon acknowledgment of its receipt by “Dimension Investments” IF CJSC, or on the day following its duly prescribed delivery to an authorized representative of “Dimension Investments” IF CJSC.
