On Granting Consent to the General Terms and Conditions of Lending by “Artsate Gavat” Pawnshop Limited Liability Company

Having examined the General Terms and Conditions of lending by “Artsate Gavat” Pawnshop Limited Liability Company (hereinafter also referred to as the “Pawnshop”), which the Pawnshop submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on March 9, 2026; and
Pursuant to Article 2(3) and Article 18(4)(“g1”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”; and Article 5(4) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Pawnshops and Pawnshop Activity”,

Decided:

1. Grant consent to the General Terms and Conditions of lending by “Artsate Gavat” Pawnshop LLC, which the Pawnshop submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on March 9, 2026.
2. This decision to take effect upon its signing.
