On Resuming the 30-Day Period of Review of the Letter of Request to Grant Permission for the Management of the Non-Public Investment Fund of “Velocity Capital” Limited Liability Company

In view of Article 2(3), Article 18(4)(“g1”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”; and Article 112 of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Investment Funds”;
Considering the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 19, dated April 8, 2026); and
Having addressed the letters of request, dated December 22, 2025, January 14, 2026, and February 9, 2026, together with all required documents and supporting materials submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia in connection with the request for permission to manage the non-public investment fund of “Velocity Capital” Limited Liability Company,

Decided:

1. Resume the 30-day period suspended by Governor Decision No. 1/101A, dated March 4, 2026, of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia for granting permission for the management of the non-public investment fund of “Velocity Capital” Limited Liability Company.
2. This decision to take effect upon acknowledgment of its receipt by “Velocity Capital” LLC, or on the day following its duly prescribed delivery to an authorized representative of “Velocity Capital” LLC.
