On Registration of the Supplement to the Program Prospectus for Nominal Coupon Bonds of “Fast Bank” Closed Joint-Stock Company

Whereas, on March 27, 2026, April 3, 2026, and April 8, 2026, “Fast Bank” Closed Joint-Stock Company submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia an application for the registration of the supplement to a program prospectus for nominal coupon bonds as registered by Governor Decision No. 1/44A, dated January 29, 2026, of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia, together with all documents and supporting materials required for prospectus registration pursuant to the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Securities Market”, and Regulation 4/04 “Prospectus and Statements of Reporting Issuers” as approved by Board Resolution No. 68-N, dated March 11, 2008, of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia;
Based on the foregoing, and
Pursuant to Article 2(3) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, and Article 14 of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Securities Market”,

Decided:

1. Register the supplement to the program prospectus for nominal coupon bonds submitted by “Fast Bank” Closed Joint-Stock Company, where the prospectus was registered by Governor Decision No. 1/44A, dated January 29, 2026, of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia.
2. This decision to take effect upon acknowledgment of its receipt by “Fast Bank” CJSC, or on the day following its duly prescribed delivery to an authorized representative of “Fast Bank” CJSC.
