On Registration of Change in the Composition of the Management of “Mogo” Universal Credit Organization Limited Liability Company

In view of Article 18(4)(“g1”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”; and Article 92 of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Credit Organizations”; and Paragraph 133 and Paragraph 171 of Regulation 13 “Procedures for Licensing, Registration, Granting Consent and Permission, Appraisal of the Professional Adequacy and Qualification in the Credit Organization Activity” as approved by Board Resolution No. 194-N, dated July 1, 2008, of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia; and
Considering the letters of request, dated March 12, 2026, March 19, 2026, March 25, 2026, and April 10, 2026, together with all required documents and supporting materials, which “Mogo” Universal Credit Organization Limited Liability Company submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia,

Decided:

1. Register Mariam Tsaturyan into the role as Inspector within “Mogo” Universal Credit Organization Limited Liability Company.
2. This decision to take effect upon acknowledgment of its receipt by “Mogo” UCO LLC, or on the day following its duly prescribed delivery to an authorized representative of “Mogo” UCO LLC.
