On Registration of Changes in the Composition of the Management of “Converse Bank” Closed Joint-Stock Company

In view of Article 18(4)(“g1”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”; and Article 33(2) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Banks and Banking”; and Paragraph 188, Paragraph 201(1) of Regulation 1 “Procedures for Licensing, Registration, Granting Consent and Permission, Appraisal of the Professional Adequacy and Qualification in the Banking” as approved by Board Resolution No. 145-N, dated April 12, 2005, of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia; and
Considering the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 20, dated April 15, 2026), and the letter of request, dated April 6, 2026, and April 13, 2026, together with the required documents and supporting materials, which “Converse Bank” Closed Joint-Stock Company submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia,

Decided:

1. Remove Hrant Hakobyan from his registered role as Deputy Executive Director, and as Member of Directorate of “Converse Bank” Closed Joint-Stock Company.
2. Register Hrant Hakobyan into the role as Executive Director, and as Member of Directorate of “Converse Bank” Closed Joint-Stock Company.
3. This decision to take effect upon acknowledgment of its receipt by “Converse Bank” CJSC, or on the day following its duly prescribed delivery to an authorized representative of “Converse Bank” CJSC.
