On Registration of Changes in the Composition of the Management of “Amio Bank” Closed Joint-Stock Company

In view of Article 18(4)(“g1”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”; and Article 33(2) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Banks and Banking”; and Paragraph 188, Paragraph 201(1) of Regulation 1 “Procedures for Licensing, Registration, Granting Consent and Permission, Appraisal of the Professional Adequacy and Qualification in the Banking” as approved by Board Resolution No. 145-N, dated April 12, 2005, of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia; and
Considering the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 20, dated April 15, 2026), and the letters of request, dated April 10, 2026, and April 13, 2026, together with the required documents and supporting materials, which “Amio Bank” Closed Joint-Stock Company submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia,

Decided:

1. Remove Gevorg Tarumyan from his registered role as Chairman of the Executive Board of “Amio Bank” Closed Joint-Stock Company.
2. Register Andranik Grigoryan into the role as Chairman of the Executive Board of “Amio Bank” Closed Joint-Stock Company.
3. This decision to take effect upon acknowledgment of its receipt by “Amio Bank” CJSC, or on the day following its duly prescribed delivery to an authorized representative of “Amio Bank” CJSC.
