On Introducing Change to the Register of Participants of Organizations Operating as Limited Liability Companies and Registered by the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia

In view of Article 18(4)(“g1”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”; and Article 11(7) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Limited Liability Companies”; and Paragraph 2 of the “Procedure for Maintaining the Register of Participants of Organizations Operating as Limited Liability Companies and Registered by the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia” as approved by Board Resolution No. 206-N, dated July 15, 2014, of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia; and
Considering the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 19, dated April 8, 2026), and the letters of request, dated December 8, 2025, January 9, 2026, February 5, 2026, February 25, 2026, March 12, 2026, and March 27, 2026, together with the documents and supporting materials, submitted by “Gazelle Finance” Universal Credit Organization Limited Liability Company to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia,

Decided:

1. Introduce a change to the Register of Participants of Organizations Operating as Limited Liability Companies and Registered by the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia in connection with changed size of the statutory capital of “Gazelle Finance” Universal Credit Organization Limited Liability Company.
2. This decision to take effect upon acknowledgment of its receipt by “Gazelle Finance” UCO LLC, or on the day following its duly prescribed delivery to an authorized representative of “Gazelle Finance” UCO LLC.
