On Appointment of the Member of the Board of Trustees of the “Information Systems Agency of Armenia” Foundation

In view of the notification No. ISAA/1․153/04-2026, dated April 4, 2026, of the Director of the Board of Trustees of the “Information Systems Agency of Armenia” Foundation (hereinafter referred to as the “Foundation”) that there is a vacancy for a member of the Board, and
Pursuant to operative clause 5 of Governor Decision No. 1/169-L, dated April 11, 2022, of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia; and Article 23 of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Foundations”, and paragraph 32 of the Charter of the Foundation:

Decided:

1. Appoint Artyom Mesropyan to the vacant position of the member of the Board of Trustees of the “Information Systems Agency of Armenia” Foundation, upon a proposed nomination by the Ministry of High-Tech Industry of the Republic of Armenia.
