On Authorizing the Termination of Operations of the “Sakharov” Branch of “Armeconombank” Open Joint-Stock Company

In view of Article 18(4)(“g1”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”; Article 28(8) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Banks and Banking”; and Chapter 11 of Regulation 1 “Procedures for Licensing, Registration, Granting Consent and Permission, Appraisal of the Professional Adequacy and Qualification in the Banking” as approved by Board Resolution No. 145-N, dated April 12, 2005, of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia; and
Considering the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 17, dated April 1, 2026), and the letter of request, dated March 18, 2026, as well as the required documents and supporting materials provided by “Armeconombank” Open Joint-Stock Company,

Decided:

1. Authorize the termination of operations of the “Sakharov” branch of “Armeconombank” OJSC.
2. Consider the termination of operations of the “Sakharov” branch of “Armeconombank” OJSC registered as of the date of submission to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia of the relevant documents prescribed by law.
3. This decision to take effect upon acknowledgment of its receipt by “Armeconombank” OJSC, or on the day following its duly prescribed delivery to an authorized representative of “Armeconombank” OJSC.
