On Removing Manager of “C-Quadrat Ampega Asset Management Armenia” Limited Liability Company from Registration

In view of Article 18(4)(“g1”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”; and Article 61(1)(3) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Investment Funds”; and Paragraph 20 of Regulation 10/05 “Accreditation of Management of Investment Fund Managers and Custodians; Accreditation of Natural Persons Implementing Investment Fund Management and Investment Fund Custody, Criteria for their Professional Compliance; and the List of Topics for Assessing their Professional Qualification” as approved by Board Resolution No. 115-N, dated May 2, 2005, of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia;
Considering the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 17, dated April 1, 2026); and
Having examined the letter of request, dated March 3, 2026, together with the required documents and supporting materials, which “C-Quadrat Ampega Asset Management Armenia” Limited Liability Company submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia,

Decided:

1. Remove Johannes Kercher from his registered role as Member of the Supervisory Board of “C-Quadrat Ampega Asset Management Armenia” Limited Liability Company.
2. This decision to take effect upon acknowledgment of its receipt by “C-Quadrat Ampega Asset Management Armenia” LLC, or on the day following its duly prescribed delivery to an authorized representative of “C-Quadrat Ampega Asset Management Armenia” LLC.
