On Registration of Change in the Composition of the Management of “Dimension Investments” Investment Firm Closed Joint-Stock Company

In view of Article 18(4)(“g1”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”; and Article 221(2) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Securities Market”; and Paragraph 20 of Regulation 4/05 “Procedure for Qualification of Investment Service Provider, the Operator and the Central Depository Managers and Natural Persons as Investment Service Providers; Manager Professional Integrity Criteria and Manager Registration” as approved by Board Resolution No. 15-N, dated January 15, 2008, of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia; and
Considering the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 17, dated April 1, 2026); and the letters of request, dated February 11, 2026, March 9, 2026, and March 24, 2026, together with the required documents and supporting materials, which “Dimension Investments” Investment Firm CJSC submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia,

Decided:

1. Register Sevak Nersisyan into the role as Head of Internal Audit within “Dimension Investments” Investment Firm CJSC.
2. This decision to take effect upon acknowledgment of its receipt by “Dimension Investments” IF CJSC, or on the day following its duly prescribed delivery to an authorized representative of “Dimension Investments” IF CJSC.
