On Registration of Changes in the Composition of the Management of “Limitless Asset Management” Closed Joint-Stock Company

In view of Article 18(4)(“g1”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”; and Article 61(1)(3) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Investment Funds”; and Paragraph 20 of Regulation 10/05 “Accreditation of Management of Investment Fund Managers and Custodians; Accreditation of Natural Persons Implementing Investment Fund Management and Investment Fund Custody, Criteria for their Professional Compliance; and the List of Topics for Assessing their Professional Qualification” as approved by Board Resolution No. 115-N, dated May 2, 2005, of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia;
Considering the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 17, dated April 1, 2026); and
Having examined the letters of request, dated January 21, 2026, February 4, 2026, February 5, 2026, February 17, 2026, and March 9, 2026, together with the required documents and supporting materials, which “Limitless Asset Management” Closed Joint-Stock Company submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia,

Decided:

1. Remove Tigran Antinyan from his registered role as General Director of “Limitless Asset Management” Closed Joint-Stock Company.
2. Register Veronika Sargsyan into the role as General Director of “Limitless Asset Management” Closed Joint-Stock Company.
3. This decision to take effect upon acknowledgment of its receipt by “Limitless Asset Management” CJSC, or on the day following its duly prescribed delivery to an authorized representative of “Limitless Asset Management” CJSC.
