On Registration of Changes in the Composition of the Management of “Evocabank” Open Joint-Stock Company

In view of Article 18(4)(“g1”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”; and Article 33(2) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Banks and Banking”; and Paragraph 188 and Paragraph 201(1) of Regulation 1 “Procedures for Licensing, Registration, Granting Consent and Permission, Appraisal of the Professional Adequacy and Qualification in the Banking” as approved by Board Resolution No. 145-N, dated April 12, 2005, of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia; and
Considering the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 16, dated March 25, 2026); and the letters of request, dated March 2, 2026, and March 9, 2026, together with the required documents and supporting materials, which “Evocabank” Open Joint-Stock Company submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia,

Decided:

1. Remove Armen Vardanyan from his registered role as Responsible Person for performing the compliance function within “Evocabank” Open Joint-Stock Company.
2. Register Narine Shatveryan into the role as Responsible Person for performing the compliance function within “Evocabank” Open Joint-Stock Company.
3. This decision to take effect upon acknowledgment of its receipt by “Evocabank” OJSC, or on the day following its duly prescribed delivery to an authorized representative of “Evocabank” OJSC.
