On Registration of Changes in the Composition of the Management of “Dimension” Closed Joint-Stock Company

In view of Article 18(4)(“g1”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”; and Article 221(2) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Securities Market”; and Paragraph 20 and Paragraph 26(1) of Regulation 4/05 “Procedure for Qualification of Investment Service Provider, the Operator and the Central Depository Managers and Natural Persons as Investment Service Providers; Manager Professional Integrity Criteria and Manager Registration” as approved by Board Resolution No. 15-N, dated January 15, 2008, of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia; and
Considering the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 16, dated March 25, 2026); and the letter of request, dated February 27, 2026, together with the required documents and supporting materials, which “Dimension” CJSC submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia,

Decided:

1. Remove Armen Hovhannisyan from his registered role as Member of the Board of “Dimension” Closed Joint-Stock Company.
2. Remove Carel Chris Hofstra from his registered role as Member of the Board of “Dimension” Closed Joint-Stock Company.
3. This decision to take effect upon acknowledgment of its receipt by “Dimension” CJSC, or on the day following its duly prescribed delivery to an authorized representative of “Dimension” CJSC.
