On Registration of Changes in the Composition of the Management of “Artsakhbank” Closed Joint-Stock Company

In view of Article 18(4)(“g1”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”; and Article 33(2) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Banks and Banking”; and Paragraph 188, and Paragraph 201(1) of Regulation 1 “Procedures for Licensing, Registration, Granting Consent and Permission, Appraisal of the Professional Adequacy and Qualification in the Banking” as approved by Board Resolution No. 145-N, dated April 12, 2005, of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia; and
Considering the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 15, dated March 18, 2026), and the Minutes (No. 11 OS, dated 24.03.2026) of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia, and the letters of request, dated February 18, 2026, March 5, 2026, and March 18, 2026, together with the required documents and supporting materials, which “Artsakhbank” Closed Joint-Stock Company submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia,

Decided:

1. Remove Armen Darbinyan from his registered role as Member of the Board of “Artsakhbank” Closed Joint-Stock Company.
2. Register Gagik Grigoryan into the role as Member of the Board of “Artsakhbank” Closed Joint-Stock Company.
3. This decision to take effect upon acknowledgment of its receipt by “Artsakhbank” CJSC, or on the day following its duly prescribed delivery to an authorized representative of “Artsakhbank” CJSC.
