On Registration of the Supplement to the Program Prospectus for Nominal Non-Convertible Coupon Bonds of “Amio Bank” Closed Joint-Stock Company

Whereas, on March 13, 2026, “Amio Bank” Closed Joint-Stock Company submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia an application for the registration of the supplement to a program prospectus for nominal non-convertible coupon bonds as registered by Governor Decision No. 1/289A, dated August 13, 2025, of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia, together with all documents and supporting materials required for prospectus registration pursuant to the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Securities Market”, and Regulation 4/04 “Prospectus and Statements of Reporting Issuers” as approved by Board Resolution No. 68-N, dated March 11, 2008, of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia;
Based on the foregoing, and
Pursuant to Article 2(3) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, and Article 14 of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Securities Market”,

Decided:

1. Register the supplement to the program prospectus for nominal non-convertible coupon bonds presented by “Amio Bank” Closed Joint-Stock Company, as registered by Governor Decision No. 1/289A, dated August 13, 2025, of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia.
2. This decision to take effect upon acknowledgment of its receipt by “Amio Bank” CJSC, or on the day following its duly prescribed delivery to an authorized representative of “Amio Bank” CJSC.
