On Registration of Change in the Composition of the Management of “Artsakhbank” Closed Joint-Stock Company

In view of Article 18(4)(“g1”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”; and Article 33(2) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Banks and Banking”; and Paragraph 188 of Regulation 1 “Procedures for Licensing, Registration, Granting Consent and Permission, Appraisal of the Professional Adequacy and Qualification in the Banking” as approved by Board Resolution No. 145-N, dated April 12, 2005, of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia; and
Considering the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 15, dated March 18, 2026), and the letters of request, dated February 9, 2026, February 27, 2026, and March 3, 2026, together with the required documents and supporting materials, which “Artsakhbank” Closed Joint-Stock Company submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia,

Decided:

1. Register Tatevik Asatryan into the role as Responsible Person for performing a risk management function within “Artsakhbank” Closed Joint-Stock Company.
2. This decision to take effect upon acknowledgment of its receipt by “Artsakhbank” CJSC, or on the day following its duly prescribed delivery to an authorized representative of “Artsakhbank” CJSC.
