On Registration of Change in the Composition of the Management of “Future Capital Market” Investment Firm Limited Liability Company

In view of Article 18(4)(“g1”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”; and Article 221(2) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Securities Market”; and Paragraph 20 of Regulation 4/05 “Procedure for Qualification of Investment Service Provider, the Operator and the Central Depository Managers and Natural Persons as Investment Service Providers; Manager Professional Integrity Criteria and Manager Registration” as approved by Board Resolution No. 15-N, dated January 15, 2008, of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia; and
Considering the conclusion of the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 15, dated March 18, 2026), and the letter of request, dated February 27, 2026, together with the required information and supporting materials, which “Future Capital Market” IF CJSC submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia,

Decided:

1. Register Arpine Khachatryan into the role as Chief Accountant of “Future Capital Market” IF CJSC.
2. This decision to take effect upon acknowledgment of its receipt by “Future Capital Market” IF CJSC, or on the day following its duly prescribed delivery to an authorized representative of “Future Capital Market” IF CJSC.
