On Registration of Change in the Composition of the Management of “ID Leasing” Universal Credit Organization Limited Liability Company

In view of Article 18(4)(“g1”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”; and Article 92 of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Credit Organizations”; and Paragraph 133 of Regulation 13 “Procedures for Licensing, Registration, Granting Consent and Permission, Appraisal of the Professional Adequacy and Qualification in the Credit Organization Activity” as approved by Board Resolution No. 194-N, dated July 1, 2008, of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia; and
Considering the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 15, dated March 18, 2026), and the letters of request, dated March 10, 2026, and March 12, 2026, together with all required documents and supporting materials, which “ID Leasing” Universal Credit Organization LLC submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia,

Decided:

1. Register Liana Sargsyan into the role as Deputy Executive Director of “ID Leasing” Universal Credit Organization Limited Liability Company.
2. This decision to take effect upon acknowledgment of its receipt by “ID Leasing” UCO LLC, or on the day following its duly prescribed delivery to an authorized representative of “ID Leasing” UCO LLC.
