On Introducing Change to the Register of Participants of Organizations Operating as Limited Liability Companies and Registered by the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia

In view of Article 18(4)(“g1”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”; and Article 11(7) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Limited Liability Companies”; and Paragraph 2 of the “Procedure for Maintaining the Register of Participants of Organizations Operating as Limited Liability Companies and Registered by the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia” as approved by Board Resolution No. 206-N, dated July 15, 2014, of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia; and
Considering the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 15, dated March 18, 2026), and the letters of request, dated January 19, 2026, January 21, 2026, and January 23, 2026, together with the documents and supporting materials, submitted by “Armenia Insurance” Insurance Limited Liability Company to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia,

Decided:

1. Introduce a change to the Register of Participants of Organizations Operating as Limited Liability Companies and Registered by the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia in connection with the change in location of the business of “Armenia Insurance” Insurance Limited Liability Company.
2. This decision to take effect upon acknowledgment of its receipt by “Armenia Insurance” ILLC, or on the day following its duly prescribed delivery to an authorized representative of “Armenia Insurance” ILLC.
