On Registration of Change in the Composition of the Management of “Fast Bank” Closed Joint-Stock Company

In view of Article 18(4)(“g1”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”; and Article 33(2) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Banks and Banking”; and Paragraph 188 of Regulation 1 “Procedures for Licensing, Registration, Granting Consent and Permission, Appraisal of the Professional Adequacy and Qualification in the Banking” as approved by Board Resolution No. 145-N, dated April 12, 2005, of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia; and
Considering the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 14, dated March 11, 2026); and the letters of request, dated February 4, 2026, and March 3, 2026, together with the required documents and supporting materials, which “Fast Bank” CJSC submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia,

Decided:

1. Register Artavazd Taroyan into the role as Member of the Directorate of “Fast Bank” CJSC.
2. This decision to take effect upon acknowledgment of its receipt by “Fast Bank” CJSC, or on the day following its duly prescribed delivery to an authorized representative of “Fast Bank” CJSC.
