On Resuming the 30-Day Period of Review of the Letter of Request to Grant Permission for the Management of the Non-Public Investment Fund of “Smart Offers” Closed Joint-Stock Company

In view of Article 2(3), and Article 18(4)(“g1”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”; and Article 112(1) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Investment Funds”;
Considering the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 13, dated March 4, 2026); and
Having examined the letters of request, dated November 14, 2025, January 8, 2026, and February 18, 2026, as well as all required documents and supporting materials submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia in connection with the request for permission to manage the non-public investment fund of “Smart Offers” Closed Joint-Stock Company,

Decided:

1. Resume the 30-day period suspended by Governor Decision No. 1/463A, dated December 12, 2025, of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia for granting permission for the management of the non-public investment fund of “Smart Offers” Closed Joint-Stock Company.
2. This decision to take effect upon acknowledgment of its receipt by “Smart Offers” CJSC, or on the day following its duly prescribed delivery to an authorized representative of “Smart Offers” CJSC.
