On Registration of the “Shengavit” Branch of “AYO” Universal Credit Organization Closed Joint Stock Company

In view of Article 18(4)(“g1”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”; and Article 7(3) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Credit Organizations”; and Chapter 4 of Regulation 13 “Procedures for Licensing, Registration, Granting Consent and Permission, Appraisal of the Professional Adequacy and Qualification in the Credit Organization Activity” as approved by Board Resolution No. 194-N, dated July 1, 2008, of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia; and
Considering the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 13, dated March 4, 2026); and the letters of request, dated January 16, 2026, and February 26, 2026, together with the documents and supporting materials, submitted by “AYO” Universal Credit Organization CJSC to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia,

Decided:

1. Register the “Shengavit” branch of “AYO” Universal Credit Organization CJSC.
2. This decision to take effect upon acknowledgment of its receipt by “AYO” UCO CJSC, or on the day following its duly prescribed delivery to an authorized representative of “AYO” UCO CJSC.
