On Registration of Change in the Composition of the Management of “Fido Invest” Investment Firm Closed Joint-Stock Company

In view of Article 18(4)(“g1”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”; and Article 221(2) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Securities Market”; and Paragraph 20 of Regulation 4/05 “Procedure for Qualification of Investment Service Provider, the Operator and the Central Depository Managers and Natural Persons as Investment Service Providers; Manager Professional Integrity Criteria and Manager Registration” as approved by Board Resolution No. 15-N, dated January 15, 2008, of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia; and
Considering the conclusion of the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 12, dated February 25, 2026); and the letters of request, dated February 2, 2026, and February 23, 2026, together with the required information and supporting materials, which “Fido Invest” IF CJSC submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia,

Decided:

1. Register Zaruhi Asatryan into the role as Chief Accountant of “Fido Invest” IF CJSC.
2. This decision to take effect upon acknowledgment of its receipt by “Fido Invest” IF CJSC, or on the day following its duly prescribed delivery to an authorized representative of “Fido Invest” IF CJSC.
