On Registration of Changes in the Composition of the Management of “Artsakhbank” Closed Joint-Stock Company

In view of Article 18(4)(“g1”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”; and Article 33(2) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Banks and Banking”; and Paragraph 188 and Paragraph 201(1) of Regulation 1 “Procedures for Licensing, Registration, Granting Consent and Permission, Appraisal of the Professional Adequacy and Qualification in the Banking”, approved by Board Resolution No. 145-N, dated April 12, 2005, of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia; and
Considering the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 12, dated February 25, 2026); and the letters of request, dated January 26, 2026, and February 17, 2026, together with the required documents and supporting materials, which “Artsakhbank” CJSC submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia,

Decided:

1. Remove Lena Abrahamyan from her registered role as Head of the Internal Monitoring Unit within “Artsakhbank” CJSC.
2. Register Valeri Babayan into the role as Head of the Internal Monitoring Unit within Artsakhbank CJSC.
3. This decision to take effect upon acknowledgment of its receipt by “Artsakhbank” CJSC, or on the day following its duly prescribed delivery to an authorized representative of “Artsakhbank” CJSC.
