On Suspending the 30-Day Period of Review of the Letter of Request to Grant Permission for the Management of the Non-Public Investment Fund of “Arabella Global Asset Management” Limited Liability Company

In view of Article 2(3), and Article 18(4)(“g1”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”; and Article 112(1) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Investment Funds”;
Considering the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 12, dated February 25, 2026); and
Having examined the letters of request, dated December 23, 2025, January 13, 2026, February 3, 2026, and February 11, 2026, as well as all required documents and supporting materials submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia in connection with the request for permission to manage the non-public investment fund of “Arabella Global Asset Management” Limited Liability Company,

Decided:

1. Suspend the 30-day period of review of the letter of request to grant permission for the management of the non-public investment fund of “Arabella Global Asset Management” Limited Liability Company, in order to clarify certain facts and/or circumstances.
2. This decision to take effect upon acknowledgment of its receipt by “Arabella Global Asset Management” LLC, or on the day following its duly prescribed delivery to an authorized representative of “Arabella Global Asset Management” LLC.
